Kerry Boyd Anderson

Kerry joined the firm in 2005 and currently manages the Washington, DC office. Kerry’s work focuses on political and economic risk in the Middle East and transnational terrorism.
For public and private sector clients, she has provided analysis on political and economic risk in Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, the Palestinian territories, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and other parts of the Middle East and North Africa. Kerry has also led in-depth studies and expert workshops for clients on transnational terrorism and political Islam. Recent projects have included a study on violent and non-violent Islamist movements, a report on the future of terrorism, a study of a Gulf state’s renewable energy policy, and several reports on the energy sector in Iraq.
Before joining Oxford Analytica, Kerry worked as Managing Editor of Arms Control Today, Staff Writer for Global Security Newswire and as a Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She holds a MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Global Studies from the University of Iowa.
